SierraFoot EID Reference Library

Anyone can examine the directory tree for the research library through their web browser starting at

http://www.sierrafoot.org/civics/fixeid/reference

This index shows the major directories, clicking on any directory will select it in your web browser. The root directory doubles as the directory containing the web pages for SierraFoot's section titled What's wrong with FIXEID.

Access to directories can be subject to problems depending on the specific web browser in use, as well as possible restrictions in security software such as firewalls. Consequently, the active links on the directory names below may be problematic.  Please let me know by email if you have problems with it.

Some of the the Excel spreadsheets and PoverPoint files captured data from earlier dates. This is mainly because they depend on actual financial data, with the most important parts summarized on an annual basis. Many of these will become slightly obsolete as new data becomes available. Over time the PowerPoint files will be edited to ad a Notes slide at the end of each to note this and any other clarification appropriate for reader attention. Anyone reading a PowerPoint file without the Notes slide should check with me to confirm details.

Also see the EID web site. Its Site Map and Document Library are good resources for locating information.

My private version of this directory tree, not posted to the web, also includes a saved copy of the fixeid.org web site's files, downloaded on 2/24/2012. These are visible on the fixeid.org web site, but can more easily be located in directory listings.

Let me know by email to ask about additional documents and files. One class is older material, dating from the 2009 examination of rate increases forced by debt coverage ratios as revenues declined. Also, a directory listing is available for a saved copy of files on the fixeid.org web site. I do not post another site's pages on sierrafoot for two reasons:
  1. Under law, web site contents carry an implicit copyright. A "fair use" provision of copyright law allows limited private non-commercial use of copyrighted material, but not wholesale copying.

  2. Material from a different web site should not be confused with my own public content on www.sierrafoot.org.
